- Billing information required to process payments for our services. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (such as Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical data such as API usage logs, IP addresses, and request metadata, used for security, billing, and service improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Services (API Plans)
- API subscription plans may be cancelled at any time from your account or by emailing support@thinkalltechnologies.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If our API experiences verified downtime beyond the level committed in your service agreement, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
- Refund requests for a new subscription must be made within 7 days of the first payment if the service has not been materially used.
2. Custom Development Projects
- Custom software projects are billed by milestone as defined in your project agreement.
- Payments for milestones already delivered and accepted are non-refundable.
- If a project is cancelled before a milestone is completed, we will refund the unused portion of that milestone payment after deducting work already performed.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

1. Who We Are
Think All Technologies provides sports data APIs, point-calculation engines, and custom software development services to business clients ("Services"). By using our website or Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Use of Services
- API keys and credentials are for your organization only and may not be shared or resold without written permission.
- You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the products you build with our Services comply with the laws and regulations applicable in the markets where you operate.
3. Payments
Fees are set out on our pricing schedule or in your project agreement. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of Services after notice.
4. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of our platform, APIs, and pre-existing technology. Deliverables created specifically for you under a custom development agreement are owned as specified in that agreement.
5. Availability & Support
We work to keep the Services available and accurate, especially during live matches, and provide support commitments as described in your service agreement. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where practical.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at [City, State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
